St Peters Mortuary: UK January 2013/March 2014
An abandoned mortuary, hidden away on the outskirts of a large live hospital.
This was the first mortuary of the day, I also visited West Park Mortuary Later on.
Built in 1940s its a small flat roof building comprising a chapel, atutopsy room and two large sets of body fridges.
The site closed in 2009 and was relocated inside the main hospital. Since then it has been left unused.
This is one extremely grimey location. Water all over the floor, leaking from pipes and more than likely the roof too.
