Urban Exploration of abandoned industrial sites.

From huge abandoned steelworks and power stations to smaller derelict factories.

Once alive with staff and running machinery they now rest in silence empty and neglected.

Some factories still have the power on, LED displays and lights still working. I have even been in a factory that still had an active lift!

It is also surprising how grand the entrances are at some of these factories too.

I have to say industrial sites are by far my favourite type of abandoned places to visit. We know what most types of building looks like, but unless we work in a sector we rarely get to see inside some of these sites which are sometimes extremely vast.
