Sheffield's central post office is a grade II listed building and was built in 1910 as an addition to another nearby post office.
It served the town for nearly 90 years before closing in 1999.
Renovations are now well under way to turn the building into a college and accommodation for overseas students. Key original features will be retained. Most of these are external as the building doesn't exactly have much flair internally.
The original budget was £16 million however it seems the project will need more funds.
Also plans to introduce shops, bars and cafes at street level are in place.
