Chateau Ambiance AKA Villa Cannaert: Belgium July 2015

Chateau Ambiance is actually an abandoned hotel. Once a luxurious location to stay with an upper class worldwide clientele.

Some of the more well known visitors had their names engraved into tiles, sadly I did not see these while I was there.

The original owners retired in 2009 and a French couple took over the business. Sadly everything went downhill from then and by 2011 the hotel closed its doors.

It seems some work had started when I visited here so hopefully the building will be saved and put to use again soon.
